• Semporna do not provide tour guide service. Guest have to meet driver upon arrival and self check in hotel.

• INFANT CHARGE 10% FROM THE ADULT FARE.

• Tour fare quotes based on min 2 pax to go. 1A1C or Single traveller will be charge based on 2 Adults tour fare.

• Please provide Guest Name List with IC Detail, Main Guest Contact Number, Flight Detail & Rooming list for reservations.

• Driver detail will be update one day before tour date.

• Package Rate Valid until 31 Dec 2025 but subject to hotel term & condition. We have the rights to change the tour fare without prior notice.

• A-Fly Luxury Travel & Tours reserves the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary.

-50% deposit from the tour fare will be collect once booking confirmed to secure hotel room booking.

• Deposit or full payment must be paid before cut off date given as mention in invoice. Otherwise, the reservation will be auto released without notice.

• Full Charges for NO SHOW or cancellation less than 7days before arrival date.

• If the trip canceled or request move date due to accident/illness or any other unforeseen circumstances, 10% service fees from the tour fare & hotel accommodation (subject to hotel cancellation policy) will be charged.
