We have the rights to change the tour fare without prior notice. • A-Fly Luxury Travel & Tours reserves the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary. • 50% deposit from the tour fare will be collect once booking confirmed to secure hotel room booking. • Deposit or full payment must be paid before cut off date given as mention in invoice. Otherwise, the reservation will be auto released without notice. • Full Charges for NO SHOW or cancellation less than 7days before arrival date. • If the trip canceled or request move date due to accident/illness or any other unforeseen circumstances, 10% service fees from the tour fare & hotel accommodation (subject to hotel cancellation policy) will be charged.
